Tailgater Monthly $100 Photo Contest

Come on, give us your best shot, and you just might win $100 for your next tailgate party!! Submit your best shot of your tailgating group doing it's thing in the lot, on the grill or wherever!! Please follow these guidelines and photo requirements to enter the contest!!

Photos should be a TIFF or JPEG. Photos need to be submitted in as large a size as possible and at the highest resolution possible to permit high quality reproduction in the magazine.

A good rule of thumb is to have your pictures submitted at no less than 300 dpi and 4x6 format. Some of the current digital cameras on the market today will not allow you to see the physical resolution of your pictures (d.p.i. or dots per inches) but will give you choices of overall pixel size instead (3072x2304 for example). Always select the maximum possible setting which allows the photo to be reproduced at the highest level of quality.

All photo submissions should include your name, address, age, e-mail address, and daytime phone number and be sent to submit@tailgatermonthly.com or by mail to Tailgater Monthly Photos, 4680 Portrait Lane, Plano, TX 75024. By submitting your photo(s) you grant to Tailgater Monthly, Media Partners, LLC, its publishing partners, clients and any other person or entities with whom it may contract for use of such photographs, the unlimited right and permission to use the photo(s). You further grant to Tailgater Monthly and Media Partners, LLC the right to crop, edit, and otherwise alter the photo(s) and to combine them with other photographs or graphic elements. You also waive your right to inspect the photo(s) or any version of them in any publication, advertisement or other materials into which they may be incorporated and waive any claim you might otherwise have for invasion of privacy due to the publication of the photo(s) and you consent to their publication in any form in any medium or periodical or other publication, alone or in conjunction with any printed matter which may be published with them. By submitting your photo(s) you warrant the photo(s) do not infringe the copyrights in any other works, and do not invade any privacy, publicity, trademark or other rights of any other person or entity. You agree to hold Tailgater Monthly, Media Partners, LLC, its directors, officers, successors and assigns harmless in any dispute arising out of your warranties. All submissions become the property of Tailgater Monthly and Media Partners, LLC which shall have the right, without your consent, to assign rights to the photo(s) to any person, firm, or corporation. No photos will be returned.
